Position
We are seeking a financial professional to join Rockefeller Capital Management's Capital Markets team as a Vice President - Structured Solutions. This individual will be responsible for the structuring, distribution, and lifecycle management of structured note solutions for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth (HNW/UHNW) clients. This individual will work closely with RGFO Private Advisor Teams and liaise with sell side institutional desks to deliver customized structured investment solutions for the Rockefeller Global Family Office.

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $165,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Responsibilities
Product Structuring & Innovation
- Design and customize structured notes tailored to client profiles and market conditions.
- Collaborate with Private Advisors and structuring desks to bring structured notes to market.
- Monitor regulatory and market trends to anticipate client needs and innovate product offerings
Advisory & Client Engagement
- Support RGFO Private Advisors with technical knowledge of Structured Notes, payoff structures, and market implications.
- Participate in Private Advisor meetings to explain Structured Note features, risks, and expected performance scenarios.
- Educate Private Advisors on structured product strategies and implementation ideas.
Lifecycle Management & Risk Oversight
- Manage ELN post-trade processes, including coupon payments, barrier events, and redemptions.
- Monitor market and issuer risk related to outstanding ELNs; provide recommendations for restructuring or hedging as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies.
Distribution & Sales Enablement
- Partner with investment and product teams to drive ELN sales across the wealth platform.
- Develop marketing materials, term sheets, and educational resources.
- Track performance metrics and client engagement data for product strategy insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5 -10 years of experience in structured products, equity derivatives, or wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives pricing, and payoff modeling.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Excel (including VBA), and SIMON.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a consultative approach.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements

- Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with teams across RCM.
