Drive the Tech Vision
- Architect and own the technology roadmap-make sure it moves the business, not just the servers.
- Push innovation. Stay ahead of the curve and make sure we're building, buying, or integrating the best tech in the game.
- Collaborate with the CEO and exec team on growth, security, client expansion, and M&A opportunities.
- Lead infrastructure, service delivery, and IT operations-flawless uptime, zero excuses.
- Build systems that scale, budgets that make sense, and processes that hold up under pressure.
- Establish the standards, KPIs, and contingency plans that keep everything moving-even when things go sideways.
- Recruit, coach, and level-up a team of engineers, leaders, and tech talent.
- Create a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Train your leaders to lead. Build a department that runs tight and runs deep.
- Get in the room. Talk to clients. Understand their pain and deliver real solutions.
- Work with Sales to craft proposals and presentations that don't just check boxes-they win deals.
- Upgrade how we train our techs to speak human and make clients feel heard.

You've done the work:
- Executive-level leadership in the MSP world.
- Built or led teams of 60+ with 6-10 direct reports.
- 3-5 years of actual engineering under your belt.
- Deep experience in cyber security, cloud, and infrastructure.
You bring the mindset:
- Big-picture thinker who executes.
- Fierce communicator-can pitch to a board or break it down for a junior tech.
- Cool under pressure. Decisive. Not afraid to make the call.
