  • You'll lead with influence: Coach managers, mentor HR staff, and be a trusted voice in strategic decisions.
  • You'll drive growth: Help scale a high-performing, people-centric culture in a fast-growing, creative environment.
  • You'll make an impact: Every initiative you drive will directly support our mission to create inspiring spaces and experiences through architecture and design.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-site professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and time/leave systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills-you're approachable, solution-oriented, and a trusted advisor.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with diplomacy and discretion.
