Weave is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Channel Partnerships to lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing team focused on building our channel partner ecosystem. This leader will be responsible for designing scalable programs and recruiting new partners-including managed service providers (MSPs), technology services distributors (TSDs), consultants, and other strategic alliances-to generate significant indirect revenue and pipeline growth.

You will play a critical role in developing talent, coaching partner-facing sales professionals, and building a repeatable motion for identifying, onboarding, and enabling new partners across channel, alliance, and referral-based relationships.

  • This role reports to the CMO

What You Will Own (Responsibilities)
  • Mentor, manage, and grow a team of channel sales professionals focused on identifying, engaging, and activating new partners across channel, alliance, and influence-based networks.
  • Design and implement a scalable partner payment offering, including commission structures, incentives, and payout models that align with performance.
  • Lead strategic partner recruitment and onboarding efforts to expand Weave's ecosystem of MSPs, consultants, and other indirect influencers.
  • Develop scalable partner enablement, training, and certification programs to drive productivity and long-term success.
  • Define and execute Weave's overall channel strategy, focused on expanding reach and driving partner-sourced pipeline.
    Collaborate with Marketing to build co-branded campaigns, partner toolkits, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, and implement dashboards and tools to track progress.
  • Structure and negotiate high-impact partner agreements that create mutual value and long-term growth.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the partner, advocating for improvements in product, support, and co-selling experiences.
  • Stay ahead of industry and channel trends to ensure Weave's partner program remains differentiated and competitive.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job (minimum qualifications- education, experience, certifications, skills)
  • 10+ years of sales or partnership experience, including deep experience managing high-end customers and strategic partners.
  • Proven success leading, mentoring, and scaling channel or sales teams that recruit and develop partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and revenue through referral- or influence-based partner models.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and pipeline attribution.
  • Experience with Salesforce and partner relationship management (PRM) platforms.

What Will Make Us Love You (preferred qualifications- including personality traits)
  • Experience in vertical SaaS, communications platforms, or SMB-focused technologies.
  • Familiarity with co-selling programs, partner tiers, and scalable operational frameworks.
  • MBA or equivalent experience in business or organizational leadership.
