Job Description

The expected salary range for this position is $155,000 - $165,000

We're an Emmy Award winning team who are looking for a creative minded Client Partner. Reporting to our VP, you'll understand social and digital-first Creative and Production, in addition to experience in other digital marketing channels
  • Lead one or more of our strategically important client accounts at Jellyfish.
  • Collaborate with others to create exceptional client relationships as demonstrated in NPS scores.
  • Be seen by our client as the lead voice on an account and be a trusted advisor, working with C-level members of your accounts and unlocking potential within our client's organization.
  • Work with the most senior levels of both Client and Jellyfish leadership to develop the best strategy, resulting in a significant positive impact to client outcomes.
  • Connect with other departments/industry/global leads to developing approaches to solving the trickiest of client business problems.
  • Support the Product Team in creation, delivery and advocation of new products.
  • Advocate adoption and use of product(s) across your own client portfolio, facilitating conversations with clients promoting how Jellyfish products and solutions can support achieving client goals, identifying opportunities to enhance the Jellyfish client offering.
  • Improve adoption of and support execution of CM practices across client teams as well as offering solutions to our Client Management team to improve the overall effectiveness of our practice.


Qualifications
  • Client-centricity at the heart of your approach, where the work, and its delivery and performance come first
  • Expert knowledge and thought leadership around the use of social media platforms, demonstrable creative experience within this area.
  • 10 years experience managing/running teams for large-scale social and influencer campaigns
  • Credible subject matter experience of channels and Jellyfish capabilities, and how they synergize to drive marketing success
  • Exceptional communication, presentation skills and chair proficiency, with the ability to 'translate' for those who don't have technical knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire others, adopting a range of influencing and negotiation styles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Acumen to develop and refine team and delivery structures, ways of working and to devise novel approaches to challenging and evolving client requests
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to support others to achieve strong commercial results
  • A passion for digital and a desire to be informed and on top of digital evolution and innovation in the marketplace, and to drive the same ethos in your client teams
  • Proven knowledge and experience working in digital marketing, understanding the channels and their role in the mix
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems and work to resolve them
