As a team member playing a senior role on a Key Account in the US for the LEGO Group, this position is vital in delivering against our strategic, marketing, and operational goals with our retail partner.
Exceptional team collaboration is required in a constantly evolving retail environment. The position requires strong collaboration abilities, negotiation skills, eCommerce acumen, results-orientation, and networking skills, with responsibilities spanning across end-to-end business functions. Attention to detail and critical thinking will make you a key senior member of our key account management team.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $139,600 - $209,500 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

Responsible for building and maintaining commercial partnerships, and creating joint value to drive business growth, including:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for eCommerce ensuring the business delivers against sales and profitability objectives.
- Lead strategic joint business agenda with retail partner, developing annual business plans and leading in-year negotiations and course correction plans.
- Drive customer value proposition, engaging with key customer contacts, and developing mutually beneficial relationships.
- Lead integration between key e-retailers, partners, and internal collaborators driving effective and constructive collaboration across marketing, operations, content, item setup and performance marketing.
- Lead internal team of cross-functional eCommerce collaborators towards business goals, representing account on eCommerce Leadership Team
- Lead key e-Commerce events informing promotional strategy and operational execution direction.
- Provide channel inputs into annual business planning and channel strategy planning
- Upskill and develop the overall competence and professional skills within the eCommerce sales function

- Proven account management skills with an insights-based approach to selling that builds a winning solution for everyone
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation skills, collaborative inventory planning, and critical thinking
- Track record of successful commercial management with ability to drive and manage external collaborators at medium to high complexity
- Recognized subject matter expert in eCommerce with demonstrated ability to integrate with marketing, product, content, item setup and operations teams
- Strong professional abilities including solid business insight, collaborative approach, effective communication, team focus, and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities working across several functions by leveraging strong planning and organizational skills leading to effective and timely execution
- Self-motivated, creative and results driven with an ability to think critically, interpret trends and challenge the status quo
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel required
