Role & Responsibilities
Strategic Owner of the Business, Accountable for delivering Revenue / Share of SEA% / meeting sellout targets
Knowledge leader on your business: Sends out a weekly business review updates to leaders assessing, analyzing and providing recommendations on the business
Owner / Creator of the Promo Calendar & works with PM groups to deliver the plan.
Influences for all Demand Generation + Site Merchandizing + Sellout Platform activities including but not limited to CRM, Affiliates, Paid Search, Sellout Platforms: Trade-in, Members platform, ePromoter, Omni Channel, Bundling strategy, Always on programs.
Influences for all product roadmap planning & execution.
Influences roadmap for Configurator / CEJ / Marketing journey of the business: Drives the right Messaging in Email, Drives right pricing/message in CRM email
Prepare status updates on key activities & programs designed to gap close to target.
Have Dates & KPIs to Corrective Actions and add a product / PM team / platform owner for it (as per needed).
Assessment of Traffic & CVR of the Category Configurator & Upper Funnel / Mid Funnel / Lower Funnel analysis from Funnel CVR team.
Analyze performance detail by sellout platform

Role and Responsibilities
- BS degree required; MBA is a plus
- 6+ years of experience in Product/Trade/Category Marketing experience for Technology, Consumer Product and/or Consumer Electronics is required.
- Extensive experience implementing category strategy, preferably in eCommerce.
- Knowledge and passion for direct-to-consumer eCommerce business practices and operations. Digital UI/UX enhancements experience a plus.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and navigate matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Tableau and Confluence required.
