The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will care for a wide range of patient ages and populations, seeing an average of 18 patients per day in a comfortable, well-organized outpatient clinic setting. Reporting to the the Family Practice Clinic Manager, the Primary Care NP will work closely with the Director of Operations to put a high priority on maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Outpatient Nurse Practitioner will work alongside 10 other experienced and dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Family Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants. As a Primary Care NP, your responsibilities will include comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting labs and diagnostic tests, coordinating with specialists, and providing preventive care and education to help patients live healthier lives.
