It now offers ACCELerate Skilled Nursing which is designed to help the patients get back home as quickly as possible after a hospital stay. Hackett Hills has earned the Skilled Nursing Facility Heart Failure Certification offered by the American Heart Association. The patients are very motivated for therapy. We can offer evals within 2 hours. We are open 7am-7pm, 7 days a week and offer flexibility in scheduling
