Description:
CGS is seeking the best qualified professionals for its upcoming proposal to provide training development support, doctrine development support, and doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTmLPF-P) integration support to the TRADOC Proponent Office for the Multi-Domain Task Force (TPO-MDTF). This Task Force will develop, design, recommend force structure and operating concepts for MDTF formations, and recommend training policy and guidance. Expected award and start work date is May - June 2025.
Our Doctrine Developer produces Army training and education (learning) products aligned with Army Doctrinal and Training Literature Program (ADTLP) and TRADOC policy. The Doctrine Developer must maintain awareness of evolving Army and Joint doctrine and integrate MDO concepts to synchronize doctrinal updates with the Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD), Army Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Doctrine working groups.

Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree; a master's degree in Military Studies, Strategic Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional Experience: 10+ years in doctrinal writing, editing, and staffing within TRADOC, CAC, or CADD. Familiarity with TRADOC Reg 25-36 and Pam 25-40 is required.
- Specific Experience: Multi-Domain Operations, Army-Joint Targeting, Information Collection and Employment, and Fires & Effects Operations.
- Knowledge requirements: Authorship or major contribution to at least two doctrinal publications (FM, ATP, or doctrinally-informed white papers); demonstrated experience with Comment Resolution Matrices (CRMs).
- Achievements: Past selection for CADD doctrine boards or recognized doctrine reviewer/writer roles; publications in professional military journals a plus.
- Security Clearance: Secret required; TS/SCI preferred due to involvement with emerging MDO doctrine that may intersect with classified experimentation.
