The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 85,500 - 149,000. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Working as part of IDA Data Controls team utilize Axiom Controls Matrix (ACM) to support the strategic advancement of AXA XL Strategic Analytics Platform for the enterprise.
- As part of IDA project team, ensure appropriate High Level and Low-Level Designs are documented and that they incorporate appropriate Data Security guard rails and control KPIs.
- Protection of AXA XL customer data is paramount for IDA, Data Controls team. Therefore, the successful candidate will have expert experience of assessing end to end cloud service's maturity to identify control gaps and implement improvement plans in this fast-evolving environment.
- This role will operate transversally across key Global Technology functions, data teams, and 2nd Line of Defense compliance functions i.e. DPO, InfoSec and IRM. Therefore, a highly knowledgeable and seasoned person is required to support this business transformation program.
- Support Data Controls team ACM initiatives as relates to Americas mid-market P&C Insurance business and Intergrated into the global team representing US requirements.
- Execute ACM framework to 'find and fix' control gaps to maintain an evergreen compliance status.
- Attend IDA Project Meetings to ensure projects have clear functional (business) and non-functional (Secure Design) requirements in scope.
- Instill a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for our business stakeholders

- Data Security and Regulatory Compliance continuous improvement professional
- Robust communications skills - written and oral
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Experience working in Agile methodology & squads
- Knowledge and understanding of insurance industry
- Robust understanding of Data principles
- Bachelors Degree required
- Able to work self-directed as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Able to work within a cross-functionally, multi-location team and manage stakeholders effectively to achieve goals and meet target deadlines

- Extensive experience in a data and enterprise transformation role
