The Work
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Network Release Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate reflection of work performed on the network, tracking deployed changes, and maintaining the Configuration Management (CM) baseline. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Network Agile Release Train (ART) to other ARTs on the program
- Coordinate with developers, product owners, and engineering managers to ensure timely completion and artifact recording
- Track deployed changes to the network and maintain the CM baseline
- Create, maintain, and present KPIs and other metrics related to the Network Enterprise
- Manage multiple processes and documents, and coordinate with key program stakeholders
- Run leadership meetings, such as the Network Internal Review Panel (NIRP) and the Network Configuration Control Board (NCCB)

Basic Qualifications
- An Active Secret Clearance is required
- DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) required within 60 days of start
- Experience as a software configuration analyst with configuration management principles
- Experience with IT functions necessary to effectively assign tasks and manage schedules.
- Experience utilizing CM Tools (e.g., GIT, BitBucket, and/or Atlassian (Hive and Jira)) to support enterprise configuration management.
- Must have experience developing KPIs, tracking metrics and creating reports
Desired skills
- Prior experience with C2BMC (Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications) program
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Knowledge of MDA (Missile Defense Agency) and the MDS (Missile Defense System)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with config/code migration, file merging, branding, and tool integration
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio drawing tools

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
