Infosys is seeking ReactJS and Java Lead Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the service quality plan, co-ordinate with the teams (client, offshore, 3rd party vendors), design architecture, DevSecOps practices, Knowledge Management Compliances with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis for the specific processes under purview within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. In this role you will be responsible for transition coordination, resource planning and training, performance management of the team, Service level agreement and process compliance, knowledge management, process reengineering, resource optimization and overall governance of the team.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of related work experience. 3+ years of application development and support experience in using Java & ReactJS
- Design and development experience using Object Oriented design principles and software design patterns
- 3+ Years of Experience with Micro services development using spring boot or any other technology framework
- 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, hosting, and debugging RESTful API Web services. Experience in Performance tuning in SQL, 4+ years of web application-development experience using React technologies
- Strong understanding and hands-on programming/scripting experience skills JavaScript, jQuery, React/Angular, Experience in Typescript, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, Writing cross-browser compatible code
- Experience working on one of DB technologies, writing queries etc. - Oracle, MySQL, Azure SQL, or Postgres

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of being technically proficient and responsible for quality related to the design, build and implementation of the product/service. Work closely with the project manager/architect and act as a guide to the team.
- Experience in taking responsiblity for designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting high performance mission critical applications to meet the company's strategic objectives. Developing application codes and unit tests in Angular, Java Technologies, and Rest Web Services on AWS Platforms.
- Experience of adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies. Providing inputs during architecture review & solution design using design patterns principles. Analyzing user requirements to inform application design. Defining application objectives and functionality. Developing and testing software.
