Responsible for executing the Controlled Substance Compliance Program's (CSCP) analytical strategy by designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that support compliance and risk management objectives. Work closely with the Compliance Leader of Controlled Substance Analytics to implement data-driven solutions, analyze complex data sets, and provide critical insights to ensure regulatory adherence and program effectiveness within the company. Responsible for executing the Controlled Substance Compliance Program's (CSCP) analytical strategy by designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that support compliance and risk management objectives. Work closely with the Compliance Leader of Controlled Substance Analytics to implement data-driven solutions, analyze complex data sets, and provide critical insights to ensure regulatory adherence and program effectiveness within the company. Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain and monitor the CSCP's data and analytics strategy and assure company endorsement of these programs and compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance as they relate to compliance with controlled substance regulations and other obligations
- Monitor the impact of new and changing regulations, policy, industry guidance, and enforcement trends; translate how that may impact the data; recommend analysis changes to include new data
- Lead collaboration with the systems/operations and technology teams on changes in the pharmacy database to implement new workflows and/or to capture new data elements for compliance; ensure data is accurate and accessible
- Maintain a working knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations as well as industry standards and guidance as it relates to the CSCP
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate data sources, develop analytical models, and optimize data processing workflows
- Design and execute complex data analysis and comprehensive reporting processes to monitor compliance with controlled substance regulations and other obligations
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights and support decision-making for compliance initiatives
- Work closely with the manager, Director of Controlled Substance Compliance and other cross-functional teams to support compliance initiatives and address data-related questions or issues
- Ensure maintenance of required management information system
- Oversee data collection and integration processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across various analytical systems and platforms
- Partner with all internal departments; evaluate new processes, procedures and materials to determine impact
- Keep abreast of new industry technologies, trends and regulatory changes to ensure the analytical approach remains current and effective
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytical processes
- Travel up to 25%

Qualifications
MINIMUM
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in report and dashboard development
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI); experience with compliance and regulatory reporting systems is highly desirable
- Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to comprehend complex regulations, interpret requirements, and translate into operations
- Demonstrated success with implementation of regulatory requirements
- Good administration and management skills; good writing and communication skills
- Ability to direct peers, supervisors, and hourly personnel in projects to obtain and maintain compliance; ability to relate well with others and inspire good job performance
- Demonstration of project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Prior compliance management or consulting experience
- Recognized certification in compliance area
