The Account Executive III role at PVH Corp. offers an outstanding opportunity to drive the sales and profitability of Tommy Hilfiger Women's Full Price apparel. You will lead efforts to achieve sell-in targets and shipping goals, with a primary focus on major retailers such as Macy's and Belk. Responsibilities:
  • Foster strategic customer relationships with all key accounts to drive market share, revenue, and EBIT growth
  • Stay current on competitive landscape and market trends, providing feedback to Market Merchandising teams
  • Actively participate in Pre-Market touchpoints internally and with key accounts
  • Analyze sales results by retailer to proactively determine opportunities or necessary adjustments to sales plans
  • Manage all functions related to the Seasonal Market Process from post-Line Adoption to final buys
  • Complete strategic plans to achieve quarterly, seasonal, and annual shipping and sales targets
  • Coordinate and support the tracking and management of all shipping information for monthly shipspread meetings
  • Monitor OTBs in collaboration with the Planning team
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team on seasonal assortments and strategies
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising team on product storytelling and in-store presentation strategies
  • Develop strategic marketing plans with the Marketing team to drive brand momentum and sales
  • Conduct regular store visits to key markets to identify growth opportunities and improve in-store execution


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • High level of analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Possess high taste level and deep understanding of retail math
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus
  • Prior experience with women's products preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible schedule for market calendar and special projects
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Pay Range:$120,000 - $145,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
