Reporting to the FVP, Servicing Transfer, this position leads strategic initiatives related to the seamless transfer of mortgage servicing portfolios. This role oversees the planning, execution, and compliance of servicing transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and internal teams.
This role is required to collaborate with various departments to optimize transfer processes, manage risk and uphold regulatory standards, to include the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in servicing transfers.
Success in this position requires expertise in mortgage servicing operations and regulatory compliance to ensure excellence during portfolio transfers.

Reporting to the FVP, Servicing Transfer, this position leads strategic initiatives related to the seamless transfer of mortgage servicing portfolios. This role oversees the planning, execution, and compliance of servicing transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and internal teams.
This role is required to collaborate with various departments to optimize transfer processes, manage risk and uphold regulatory standards, to include the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in servicing transfers.
Success in this position requires expertise in mortgage servicing operations and regulatory compliance to ensure excellence during portfolio transfers.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED) required
- 3+ years' experience in Servicing Transfer/ Loan Boarding Management roles required
- 5+ years' experience in mortgage servicing required
- 2+ years' leadership experience in mortgage servicing
- Previous experience successfully leading people/ teams in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience successfully managing servicing-related projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams preferred
- Strong analytical skills to distribute and allocate resources
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with all levels across the organization
- Effective ability to present to and facilitate discussions with executive leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization to influence and drive required results
- Effective management skills to include talent selection, training, coaching, mentorship and performance management
- Strong leadership with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $105,000.00-$118,000.00 annually
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
