We are looking for an experienced and strategic Pricing Manager to join our Building Management Systems Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting pricing strategies, price results reporting, optimizing pricing models, and analyzing market conditions to maximize revenue and competitive edge in the marketplace. This role requires a robust understanding of pricing strategy, market dynamics within building automation space and a proactive approach to aligning pricing with business growth objectives.

You will report directly to our Pricing Director and you'll work out of our Atlanta location on a hybrid 3+ work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pricing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies tailored to Honeywell's Building Automation offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Utilize market insights, customer data, and competitive analysis to guide pricing decisions that enhance market positing.
-Drive value pricing strategy for BMS portfolio and partner with sales and Offering Managers to maximize current offerings and price
2. Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, pricing trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for pricing innovations
- Generate pule, forecast and actuals reports on pricing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Develop corrective actions or other price proposals as needed to keep on meet price targets

3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to align pricing models with product portfolios and marketing initiatives.
- Engage in collaborative pricing reviews to ensure pricing structures remain competitive and relevant in the evolving market landscape.

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive pricing strategies, and economic factors influencing pricing.
- Evaluate and adjust pricing strategies based on comprehensive analysis of competitor offerings and market conditions.

5. Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather customer feedback and insights regarding perceived value, which will inform pricing strategies and adjustments.
- Participate in customer meetings to articulate pricing strategies and defend pricing decisions.

6. Pricing Governance and Compliance:
- Oversee the pricing governance framework to ensure adherence to established policies and compliance with legal regulations.
- Continuously refine pricing processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

7. System Management:
- Manage pricing systems to ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
- Train relevant personnel on pricing tools and strategies to promote best practices in pricing across the division.

YOU MUST HAVE

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or business development, particularly within the technology or building automation sectors.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex pricing strategies to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in pricing software and analytical tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders effectively.

WE VALUE

- Proven experience in pricing management within the building automation or construction sectors.
-Strong understanding of pricing systems ERP, CRM, Pricing analysis. Preferred system experience SAP, PROS, SFDC, EDW, tableau.
- Familiarity with pricing governance frameworks and compliance issues related to pricing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
