Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Marketing Group Manager for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Retrieve data and conduct data driven analytics utilizing SAS and Tableau. Process large and complex data and summarize it using statistical analysis systems including SAS and SQL in UNIX, Tableau and Hadoop environment. Write codes using SAS and SQL to pull variables from credit card database and to track campaign performance. Implement analytical models in SAS and SQL coding. Present reports on Profit and Loss (P&L) impact from performance drivers and conduct finance outcome forecasting and tracking. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for program recommendations. Conduct reviews of new data elements with internal governance committee that includes legal, fair lending and privacy teams. Ensure fair lending approved data elements are used in developing solutions to target prospects with credit cards offers. Use targeting solutions to offer credit card products to prospects. Build targeting solutions and interpret results from predictive models. Develop segmentation, predictive models using logistic regression, decision trees, and machine learning packages including R and Python to build advanced targeting models. Analyze performance of targeting models. Create and read A/B tests and Design of Experiment to determine product and offer to drive response and maximize customer profitability. Design tests with right sample size and duration to enable generating conclusive insights. Analyze profitability drivers and net present value to optimize marketing budget spend across acquisition channels. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of experience as a Vice President, Risk Acquisitions, Quantitative Analytics Senior or related position involving business data analysis for implementing targeted solutions for the financial services industry. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in the stated fields and 7 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 5 years of experience must include: Data analysis; A/B tests and Design of Experiments; Data-driven targeting solutions development; Structured testing; Investment optimization; Report automation and data modeling; SAS and SQL programming; Unix, Tableau and Hadoop. 1 year of experience must include: Logistic regression, decision trees, and machine learning packages including R and Python.
