We're Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - California

Location: Anaheim, California

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

Practice Setting: Group Practice / Community Mental Health

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled LMFT to join our team of mental health professionals. In this role, you will provide psychotherapy services to clients dealing with a range of emotional, relational, and behavioral issues. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and be comfortable providing therapy in both individual and family settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices, current research, and licensing requirements.


Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the State of California.
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of systemic therapy approaches and mental health diagnoses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
