Description:
CGS is seeking the best qualified professionals for its upcoming proposal to provide training development support, doctrine development support, and doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTmLPF-P) integration support to the TRADOC Proponent Office for the Multi-Domain Task Force (TPO-MDTF). This Task Force will develop, design, recommend force structure and operating concepts for MDTF formations, and recommend training policy and guidance. Expected award and start work date is May - June 2025.
Our MDO Training Developer will evaluate and review training doctrine, ensuring MDTF doctrine, training and education products are consistent with Joint, Inter-Service, Inter-Agency and Multinational (JIIM) training and doctrinal concepts. Through ongoing curriculum analysis, instructional systems design, risk assessments, and coordination with the Centers of Excellence (COEs), the MDO Training Developer will conduct Total Task Inventories (TTIs), develop Individual Critical Task Lists (ICTLs), design Course Learning Objectives and Course Management Plans, format and submit Plans of Instruction (POIs) into the Army Training Development Capability (TDC) system.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Military Education Level 4 preferred.
- Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Army training development; 5 years with TRADOC-based instructional systems design.
- Specific Experience: Multi-Domain Operations, Army-Joint Targeting, Information Collection and Employment, Fires & Effects Operations.
- Knowledge requirements: Proficient in developing POIs, CMPs, TSPs, and Lesson Plans using TRADOC Pam 350-70-14; experience using the TDC system; past performance supporting COEs or MCCoE highly desirable.
- Certifications/Awards: Army Basic/Advanced Instructor Certification or equivalent preferred; recognition for curriculum design or faculty development contributions desirable.
- Security Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret eligible preferred due to potential integration with classified MDO elements.
