THE WORK:

• You'll act as the primary liaison and owner representative, directing all aspects of project management.
• You'll lead scope development and management to align with project goals and objectives.
• You'll prepare RFPs and manage the full procurement process for designers and contractors.
• You'll ensure project completion on schedule, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations.
• You'll oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of all technical, fiscal, and administrative project functions.
• You'll supervise project delivery teams and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful implementation.
• You'll coordinate with the Design Manager on all aspects of design, construction, and review processes.
• You'll monitor permitting, field conditions, and construction activities, resolving issues and ensuring efficiency.
• You'll maintain comprehensive documentation including scope, drawings, specifications, and CAD representations.
• You'll ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with all plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
• You'll review change proposals, pay applications, and manage risk reporting and cost controls.
• You'll lead project closeout efforts, ensuring timely completion and cost efficiency.
• You'll promote construction excellence through proactive issue resolution, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
• 15 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
• Experience with projects more than $50 million in value
• Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Master's degree preferred
• Relevant professional licensure and/or certification are strongly preferred. Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.

$198,545 - $218,400 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
