Real Estate Associate Attorney - Los Angeles

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a leading national law firm in its Los Angeles office. The firm is looking for a junior to mid-level associate with 1 to 5 years of experience to support its busy and sophisticated Real Estate practice.

Highlights of the Role:

• Work on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing.
• Represent institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds across all phases of the investment cycle.
• Gain experience with high-level lending transactions and complex real estate structures.

Ideal Candidate:

• JD earned between 2020 and 2024.
• Some experience in commercial real estate finance is preferred.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials and a commitment to client service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $225,000 - $365,000, depending on experience.
