As a Sr Controllership Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the controllership function. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving the financial close processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations. You will report directly to our Controller and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, contribute to process improvements, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools
- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
- Master's Degree or 150 credits, CPA Candidate or CPA.
- Experience with Public Accounting is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
