Your mission:
As Director of Finance at Highwire, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's future. You'll lead financial planning, reporting, and inform strategic decision-making across the business. From Board reporting to SaaS operating metrics, you'll bring clarity to complexity and deliver insights that drive action. You'll also lead our Finance team, building scalable processes that elevate financial discipline as we continue to scale.

Your mission:

What you'll do:
- Lead financial planning and forecasting. Manage the operating model, scenario planning, and budgeting processes in partnership with the COO and department leaders.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting. Oversee accuracy of financial close, perform detailed variance analysis, develop real-time dashboards, and lead company-wide and Board performance reviews.
- Maintain financial discipline and compliance. Oversee cash flow planning, internal controls, and successful audit, tax, and valuation cycles.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance function. Manage the Senior Accountant and improve tools and processes to support scale.
- Partner with senior leadership. Translate data into insights and recommendations that guide company strategy and decision-making.
