Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, current research, and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the State of California.
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of systemic therapy approaches and mental health diagnoses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
