Digital Marketing Specialist

Steiner Industries, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist based out of Cerritos, CA. The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable and adaptable marketing professional who will guide our brand strategy across digital marketing channels and coordinate campaigns, while increasing traffic to drive sales.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for essential marketing initiatives with the Sales departments. These efforts will increase brand awareness and engagements with our customers to continue revenue growth within the safety target segments. This position will develop and implement digital marketing and eCommerce strategies aligning with the company's goals.

This position is on-site in Cerritos, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, understand the target audience, brand and identify marketing and growth opportunities
• Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, customer websites, amazon.com, social media, paid advertising, email
• Drive Amazon / Steiner product line implementation project and manage all daily aspects of conducting business on Amazon (inventory, pricing, competitive analysis, etc.)
• Maximize search engine optimization (SEO)
• Develop performance marketing campaigns across multiple client verticals
• Create channel growth strategies to drive results
• Measure and analyze campaign success using data and analytics tools
• Lead customer meetings and explain the campaign details to the client with key performance metrics (KPIs)
• Determine which creative elements perform best for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement)
• Track and analyze primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly
• Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve sales
• Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and new technologies; make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve
• Maintain Steiner website re-platforming project; create and maintain digital catalog
• Support with trade show coordination and collateral marketing materials

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing role
• Minimum 3+ years of demonstratable experience in managing the front and back end of Amazon business
• Knowledge of content management tools like CMS Hub, Squarespace or WordPress
• Experience and proficiency with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Proficiency in brand promotion across major social media platforms
• Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising to drive traffic to site
• Relevant certificates like Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, and/or HubSpot's Inbound Certification Course preferred
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush preferred
• Email marketing platforms and email campaign experience
• Experience with graphic design and associated software
• Excellent analytical skills, highly proficient in Excel to analyze and understand data, study metrics, and align strategies
• Innovative thinker with an eye for detail and identifying trends
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Steiner California salary range: $75K - $90K based on experience, education, and geographic location.
