The PAC Group is seeking a Robotics Installation Supervisor to lead onsite project execution for Amazon's Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging division. This hands-on role will be the face of PAC at client sites and will oversee the full lifecycle of equipment decommissioning and installation.
The Supervisor will lead teams of mechanical, electrical, and general trades technicians who follow Amazon-provided work instructions. This role ensures successful installation, safe operations, real-time issue resolution, and client satisfaction across complex, high-speed logistics environments.

The PAC Group is seeking a Robotics Installation Supervisor to lead onsite project execution for Amazon's Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging division. This hands-on role will be the face of PAC at client sites and will oversee the full lifecycle of equipment decommissioning and installation.
The Supervisor will lead teams of mechanical, electrical, and general trades technicians who follow Amazon-provided work instructions. This role ensures successful installation, safe operations, real-time issue resolution, and client satisfaction across complex, high-speed logistics environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary onsite leader for PAC, representing the company to Amazon stakeholders and ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Manage the full equipment lifecycle: receiving, unpacking, inspection, staging, decommissioning, mechanical and electrical installation, testing, commissioning, training, and post-install support.
- Oversee cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, general trades) to complete installations per Amazon standards and schedules.
- Track and update daily project documentation, reporting progress using Amazon's digital tools and internal scorecards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical installation issues in real time, escalating as needed.
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, lifting and rigging, and electrical safety regulations.
- Revise and improve installation documentation as necessary during the project.
- Provide onsite training to Amazon site representatives post-installation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in robotics or automation equipment installation and commissioning.
- Direct experience with Amazon Robotics, Kiva, or other automation platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- OSHA 10/30, Lifting & Rigging, and Electrical Safety certifications required (or willingness to obtain).
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams in industrial or logistics environments.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines with shifting project scopes.
- Must be willing and able to travel 80% to 100% of the time.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing vendor and client relationships, especially within Amazon environments.
- Familiarity with Amazon's MSP workstreams and documentation tools.
- Ability to analyze, improve, and document installation processes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficient with online reporting and tracking systems (Amazon or equivalent).
