SENIOR MANAGER - QUALITY ENGINEERING
American Eagle Outfitters, Inc.'s Pittsburgh, PA, office seeks Senior Manager, Quality Engineering to be responsible for the overall management of quality of engineering solutions. Duties include: (i) manage and mentor a team of Quality Engineers to define and maintain quality standards; (ii) delivering functional testing, regression testing, and automation testing of products that are released to desktop and mobile platforms; (iii) defining the Quality Engineering roadmap for the organization; and (iii) partnering with the project management, engineering delivery and release management teams to enforce quality standards for the full development life cycle.
This is a hybrid office/work-from-home position that requires the employee to be able to work in our Warrendale office one (1) day per week. Must also be available on-demand for vendor meetings or white-boarding sessions as required.
Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related IT position.

- Five (5) years: (i) working with testing of engineering solutions and delivering functional testing, regression testing, and automation testing of retail products such as POS, Retail management systems; (ii) developing test strategy, test scenarios and executing the test scripts; and (iii) using test management tool such as Qtest, HP ALM, JIRA.
- Three (3) years: (i) working with automated testing tools such as selenium web driver, coded UI, QTP; (ii) querying database such as Oracle SQL, DB2; and (iii) leading the testing team for Retail management system.
- Two (2) years working with build systems such as Jenkins, Maven and testNG framework.

- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
