Responsibilities

What you'll be able to do:

NFC Core Engineer - positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, Michigan). Position reports to Dearborn, MI office. Company offers flexible work from home schedule, but in-office work is required and individual must live within commuting distance of stated office. Develop and refine design validation methods for ensuring proper subsystem-level performance. Create system, software, and diagnostic requirements, and relevant specifications. Plan and execute design verification plans to ensure proper subsystem-level performance. Sign-off on subsystem-level performance and will plan and execute real-world evaluations to identify system problems and issues. Support and coordinate root-cause analysis with internal and external suppliers. Ensure system designs, functional safety, and other deliverables are met.

Qualifications

You'll have...

A bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience using CAN tools to collect and diagnose vehicle communication data between different electronic modules. Also requires 3 years of experience managing projects.

We are offering a salary of$117,832.00 - $175,792.48/yr.
