Overview

We're looking for a Lead Inside Sales Coach to join our team!

As a Lead Inside Sales Coach for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will be required to assist in training & developing all Inside Sales Coaches. In addition, you will be expected to fill the Coach role, ensuring all inside sales representatives are providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Inside Sales Manager in managing the day-to-day activity in the ISC to ensure the Coaches are working efficiently while still Coaching.


  • Lead with developing and mentoring all Inside Sales Coaches with providing real-time feedback.


  • Ensure that each Coach is coaching to the scripting and preferred methodology in the ISC.


  • Help with leading in developing and performing trainings for Coaches.


  • Provide Coaches with encouragement, stimulation, energy, reinforcement, recognition for positive performance & efforts.


  • Provide guidance and feedback to Inside Sales Manager, to anyone exhibiting poor habits, poor attitude, unacceptable results, or policy violations (Per company policy).


  • Attend department & Coach's meetings to discuss the previous week, period, YTD results, performance, and the reasons for it and help assist Coaches to provide the same. (fact-based and judgment-free).


  • Help lead Inside Sales Coaches hands-on and in the moment by providing assistance in productive Coaching, and lead by example.


  • Demonstrate the methodology live at any time.


Qualifications

  • Excellent team relations, empathetic, personable, and communication skills.


  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to lead.


  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely.


  • Must be able to organize & prioritize.


  • Ability to adapt well and accept / give feedback in a changing environment.


  • Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management.


  • Experience managing a team.


  • Must have a minimum of 1 year Coach experience.

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Hr.
