Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Regional Vice President to lead our Retirement Services business in the Western Region. The Senior Regional Vice President will drive sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and oversee regional growth of retirement plan solutions including 401(k), 403(b), and other defined contribution/defined benefit plans. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a deep understanding of retirement plan services, regulatory environment, and sales distribution channels.

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $250,000 + annual bonus

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Regional Vice President to lead our Retirement Services business in the Western Region. The Senior Regional Vice President will drive sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and oversee regional growth of retirement plan solutions including 401(k), 403(b), and other defined contribution/defined benefit plans. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a deep understanding of retirement plan services, regulatory environment, and sales distribution channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales and business development efforts for retirement plan services.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed sales targets and drive growth of retirement plan assets.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions to promote retirement products and services.
- Manage and grow a team of retirement plan wholesalers, relationship managers, and support staff.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Deliver performance updates and insights to executive leadership.
- Participate in national sales meetings, regional events, and industry conferences.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to retirement services
- Build and maintain relationships with plan sponsors.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the retirement services or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team development.
- In-depth knowledge of qualified retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), DB plans, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally approximately 40%
- Familiarity with recordkeeping platforms and retirement plan administration.
- Active FINRA licenses, SIE, 6, 26, 63, and State, Life & Health insurance licenses (in all states covered) or must obtain within the first 180 days of employment
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a regional or national sales role.
