Overview
Susquehanna is hiring a project manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of a replacement global ERP solution. This role requires an independent leader with a strong background in requirement gathering and documentation, the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors, and a keen focus on technical integrations and resource optimization. They will work closely with Susquehanna's internal technology team and stakeholders to determine the best solution for the current and future needs of the firm.

- Lead the successful implementation of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Foster collaboration across business leaders in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Purchasing and Procurement, ensuring all stakeholder needs are addressed and aligned with project goals.
- Work closely with internal technology teams to ensure the seamless integration of the ERP with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and compatibility.
- Assist with the configuration and testing of systems.
- Lead and manage project scope, risks, and timelines in collaboration with various teams.
- Provide training and support to end users on new financial systems and processes.

What we're looking for
- Experience in managing and implementing global financial IT systems projects, preferably with multiple ERP offerings.
- Strong techno-financial functional skills with a good understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Proven ability to manage complex technical integrations and large-scale IT projects.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Prior experience supporting accounting users in technical role or working within an accounting role a strong plus
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus
