Our worldwide vision is to be the most Seller-centric online global community, creating destinations for knowledge, news, inspiration, and celebration, dedicated to helping Selling Partners (SP) develop their full potential and success in the Amazon store.

We accomplish this vision with the following three objectives: 1) Build magical experiences to provide SPs opportunities to connect directly with Amazon and each other, thus creating a valuable and inclusive community, 2) Create and govern SP communications and content to inspire, educate, and engage in multi-directional channels between SPs and Amazon at scale; and 3) Measure SP Perceptions, develop SP Insights, and advocate on their behalf.

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager who has a proven track record with creating high-performing social campaigns. You will own our Seller-facing @SellonAmazon social handles and manage end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for our platforms, with a focus on new and emerging channels. This role is directly responsible for reach and engagement goals, anticipating and mitigating risks, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will develop platform playbooks, monitor social media trends, and industry developments to improve our social presence.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where they have significant ownership, is an excellent communicator, and has strong business judgment. Experience with influencing internal and external partners is required. A successful candidate will have a good understanding of social media, with a proven track record of planning, launching, and reporting on a range of social media campaigns across various platforms.

Key job responsibilities
\tOwn the end-to-end organic social strategy for the Communities @SellonAmazon brand experience, scaling our social presence and driving reach growth and engagement across key social platforms. This includes overseeing the strategic expansion and optimization on TikTok, YouTube and other high-potential social media platforms.
\tManage social media publishing calendar across channels to ensure a balanced organic content strategy, aligning with periodic goals of the team and driving positive seller sentiment across key seller experiences.
\tLead proactive engagement marketing efforts by partnering closely with the Community moderator team to create outreach strategies that drive engagement among selling partners who currently do not follow us.
\tWork cross-functionally with broader teams (e.g., Marketing, PR, Public Policy) to execute campaigns and programs, driving excitement for key product/service launches and community-building experiences.
\tIdentify emerging channel trends (content formats and subject matter) to define and execute experiments. Work with the Content team to provide necessary inputs for acquiring social creative assets and develop mechanisms to seek inputs from partner teams to synergize existing content and assets.
\tSet, track, and report on performance metrics in regular business reviews.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Hands on working experience on native social media platforms and Sprinklr.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
