Overview
The All-Source Intelligence Analyst - Journeyman supports the client in developing, providing, and integrating timely, insightful, objective, and relevant all-source intelligence analysis into the agency's operations. Pay Range
USD $125,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Support data fusion from various data inputs and sources, including reported intrusion-network status from CSD Threat Hunting analysis, open source, and law enforcement and intelligence inputs to look for trends across CI.
- Provide research, analytic or operational support regarding infrastructure threats across DHS CI sectors and their sub-sectors.
- Coordinate with the IC and Component partners for additional information to include facilitating/tracking classified RFIs/RFAs with the Service Desk.
- Research and analyze all-source threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to critical infrastructure and develop all-hazards consequence analysis products in support of the mission to include independent or collaborative development of written, graphic or visual products in the steady state and incident response product lines.
- Coordinate, research, develop and deliver work on pre-planned Intelligence products in support of agency program of analysis, analytic requirements, ad-hoc tasks and incident response requirements.
- Write Intelligence estimates, products, or quick turn responses to senior leadership questions in the form of: In Response to Your Question (IRQ), Intelligence Note within requested timeframe established by senior leadership.
- Provide technical review and editing of all types of written and graphics-based products developed to include, but are not limited to, all analytic products, graphics, and strategic and policy documents.
- Support development, administration and management of Priority Intelligence/Information Requirements.
- Edit and review all intelligence products to ensure they conform to style and standards guidelines and adhere to analytic tradecraft standards.
- Track written and graphics-based products through the overall production cycle to include the tracking of requirements used to develop products.
- Support the development or refinement of intelligence templates, standard operating procedures, guides, standards and other policy directives, and instructions.
- Facilitate/track subdivision-directed RFIs and coordinate internally and externally to obtain more information or with the Intelligence Community and other agency components.
- Support incident response efforts that may require after hours, weekends or shift work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline such as Homeland Security or Business, or an additional two (2) years of experience with an Associate's Degree.
- Additional (4) four years of military and/or operations environment experience may be substituted with a high school diploma.
- Must have between one (1) and two (2) years of related experience.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance and DHS Fitness
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
- Ability to clearly articulate intelligence requirements into well-formulated research questions and data tracking variables for inquiry tracking purposes.
- Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means.
- Ability to evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of data (which may be fragmented and contradictory) into high quality, fused targeting/intelligence products.
- Ability to recognize and mitigate cognitive biases which may affect analysis.
- Ability to think critically.
- Knowledge of intelligence confidence levels.
- Knowledge of threat and/or target systems.
- Skill in identifying alternative analytical interpretations in order to minimize unanticipated outcomes.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office; including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and other general software applications.

Working Conditions

- Must be able to work varying work schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.
- Provide on-call support outside normal operating hours.
- May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
- Must be able to attend and conduct in person and virtual meetings as needed.
