Team Carney, a dynamic professional and performance development company, is seeking an experienced Contract - Site Manager with a military and flight background to support a government contract. The ideal candidate has both aviation and instructor experience, along with management roles supporting training programs preparing airmen and women to assist foreign personnel in the development of their aviation resources.
THIS POSITION IS ONSITE IN NEW JERSEY. .
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A CURRENT OR OBTAINABLE SECRET CLEARANCE
Duties:
- Manage the contract and all contractor employees relating to daily operation.
- Ensure all student education and training is conducted in accordance with USAF EOS- established policies and procedures
- Ensure and facilitate instructor training, qualification, currency, and evaluations are conducted in accordance with EOS-established policies and procedures
- Manage government-provided student and instructor feedback tools
- Coordinate academic activities with the AA Flight Commander, Course Director, and COR, and other organizations and customers as appropriate.
- Attend recurring AA Flight meetings as required. Provide update briefings to Flight Commander, Course Director, and COR as required.
- Make recommendations on matters relating to efficient and effective operations of the school.
- Develop/present communications/information or decision briefings for various agencies and their leadership concerning Air Advisor education and training programs and requirements.
Requirements:
- CURRENT OR OBTAINABLE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE
- Master's degree from an accredited school or university.
- Prior management and supervisory experience as a military field-grade officer (O-4 or above) or a senior non-commissioned officer ((SNCO) (E7 or above)).
- Experience as a deployed Military Advisor, Political-Military (Pol-Mil) Affairs Strategist (PAS) Officer, Regional Affairs Strategist (RAS) Officer, Foreign Area Officer (FAO), Foreign Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) member, attach or security assistance officer (SCO), or in a position equivalent to one of the above having military advisory experience.
- Experience in leading formal military education and training is mandatory.
- Completed Air Command and Staff College, Senior NCO Academy, or sister school equivalent, in-residence or by correspondence.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees. Posted Salary Range: USD $90,00.00 - USD $150,000 /Yr
