Rehlko is searching for a Project and Training Specialist. Join our dynamic team as a subject matter expert in Sales Administration Operations, where you will drive process improvements, conduct rigorous system testing, and design engaging training programs. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing SAP system performance and ensuring that Sales Administration associates receive top-tier development-from core job skills to advanced product knowledge-fueling our operational excellence.

Specific Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Sales Administration Operations (SAO), driving process improvements, regression testing, and system integration testing.
• Develop, schedule, and deliver comprehensive training materials for Sales Administration associates within Power Systems, covering core job knowledge and soft skills.
• Execute robust User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates to ensure alignment with day-to-day operations.
• Participate in SAP rules testing for new product development, ensuring that configuration changes are effectively implemented.
• Coordinate with account coordinators and product managers to resolve order inconsistencies and maintain accuracy in system workflows.
• Attend finished goods change board meetings to communicate updates on configuration rules and product changes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to document and maintain training resources and ISO procedures.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions that enhance employee competencies and drive continuous learning.
• Manage training events by ensuring all prerequisites are met and scheduling is optimized for maximum impact.
• Recommend system enhancements and customizations that uphold SAP integrity while supporting operational needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and assessment tools to continuously improve program outcomes.
• Mentor Sales Administration associates, guiding their professional growth and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain or business administration is preferred.
• Exhibit a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing test cases in SAP, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI with proven experience in data analytics and process optimization.
• Show exceptional oral and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Prove the ability to work independently while effectively leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Display in-depth product and industry knowledge, with a commitment to mastering Rehklo systems.
• Possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understand business processes and the integration of SAP and Microsoft Suite solutions to meet organizational goals.
• Contribute creative solutions for continuous improvement in training programs and operational procedures.

The Salary range for this position is $76,050.00-$96,050.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
