WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
RBC's Office of the US CIO is responsible for the oversight of US technology supporting the firm's Combined US Operations (CUSO). The CUSO includes Capital Markets, Wealth Management, City National Bank, RBC Bank (US), Global Asset Management (GAM), and Functions within the US.This unique combo role of Business Analyst is accountable to the CUSO IT Intergroup Agreement (IGA) Office on the creation, maintenance, governance, reporting and oversight of US IT IGAs.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery and execution of the US IT IGA Office. The successful candidate will be assisting in managing the US IT IGA Office and advising on IT IGA tracking, and maintenance, while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to financials.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,000-$105,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- 0-3 years of experience in business or technical analysis
- Basic understanding of project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with IT service management and governance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of processes for drafting, tracking, and maintaining IT IGAs
- Supporting the creation of standards for service cataloging to be leveraged across IT IGAs
- Monitoring IT IGAs for breaches and alerting stakeholders to ensure prompt remediation
- Reviewing and analyzing IT IGAs to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with agreement owners to process IGA document amendments and changes
- Developing basic reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Assisting in setting up and transferring charges for services rendered
- Supporting the understanding of transfer pricing processes to advise IGA owners
Nice-to-have:
- Basic knowledge of agile practices and methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
