The Director, Integrated Media Planning role is one of the most exciting and challenging roles in our organization. The Director manages the daily strategic needs of the business and integrates with the broader OMG teams, creative partners, and media owners. They act as the leading force ensuring the vision of the team and agency comes to life in the work, thought leadership, and ideas.

The Director has a strong appetite for new technology, emerging media, and culture. They understand and embrace the passion that the consumer has for our client's brands. They orchestrate a strategic mix of solutions across social media, content relationships, data strategies, mobile opportunities, and more as the digital landscape continues to evolve. The Director is key to helping OMG stay ahead of clients and lead the competition.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of a four-year college or university
  • 8+ years of integrated media planning experience
  • Track record of handling big client ambitions
  • Ability to create and execute a holistic channel approach to planning
  • Experience collaborating with media owners, agency business units and creative agency partners
  • Experience with clients whom have significant commerce spend & offerings
  • Experience working with retail media networks (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc)
  • Ability to manage full funnel media strategies, including eRetail platforms
  • Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team; a strong desire and ability to grow and develop talent
  • Advanced knowledge of media fundamentals and an ability to educate at all levels
  • Strong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$140,000-$150,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
