Telecommuting: Telecommuting permitted up to 60% of the week

Travel: 10% domestic travel required

JOB DUTIES: Work as a leader/trainer in a large, complex QA organization, with a demonstrated ability to implement scalable automation solutions. Lead a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET's) working in Agile model supporting domain delivery teams to achieve consistent, predictable, high quality releases by implementing common practices, tools, metrics, automation frameworks and oversight and delivering high quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative and rapidly changing environment. Manage resources across different geographical locations and offshore vendors. Provide end to end, performance testing guidance, oversight and resourcing for defined, funded initiatives. Drive innovative testing solutions within a complex, Enterprise Platform. Educate team with Security, Accessibility scans / testing, PLSQL. Provide guidance and strategy on testing AI/ML powered applications / Bots. Attract, hire, empower and develop the best engineers. Driving quality metrics to improve customer quality. Drive release/ efficiency, reduce regression cycle time, and time to market.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Alternatively, Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

  • Development (Java, Javascript, C#, or any other object-oriented programming language), execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts;
  • CICD tools, GIT, Code Linters, Code Scanners, Code Coverage tools, Selenium Web Driver and grid, cucumber, and NUNIT/JUNIT/TESTNG;
  • Web services virtualization, mocking and stubbing, API test automation, and UI automation;
  • Creating dashboards/ providing insights on quality to the larger organization;
  • Implementing CI/CD/Dev Ops practices and lean methodologies; and
  • Agile and Kanban Development Practices.


Pay Range:
$158,000 - $168,000
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
