What You'll Get to DoWe are seeking dynamic and results-driven National Account Managers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key national accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving our business objectives.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within assigned accounts.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for account initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
