Homebot is a Homeownership Platform for Lenders, Real Estate & Insurance Agents that drives client retention and referrals. Homebot's "special sauce" is that it helps homeowners and homebuyers (aka: our customer's clients) to build wealth through homeownership. Our customers include Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Banks, Credit Unions, Loan Servicers, Insurance agencies and Title Companies.
Our Sales team is growing and we're in need of an experienced, energetic & dynamic Director of Sales to increase our base of fanatical customers.

This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office. (We have a hybrid work model in place that allows employees to split their time between working in-office and from home a few days a week.)

Compensation: We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including skills, qualifications and professional experience, which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $160,000 - $180,000, with variable compensation from $120,000 - $180,000 (with uncapped commission potential via our accelerated comp model).

What You'll Be Accountable For:
- Building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across our customer base, often at the C-level and executive levels.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives, serving as a mentor, advocate, and strategic resource.
- Acting as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure aligned business strategies.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities through deep customer discovery and industry insight.
- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets by driving team performance, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent pipeline health and deal execution.
Who You'll Collaborate With:
- This role will report to the CEO
- You will lead a team of 4-5 Account Executives
- You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and CX
What You Bring:
- Proven Sales Leadership: 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or contract-based subscription environments.
- Deep Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the mortgage lending and real estate ecosystem, with proven success selling into lending institutions.
- Player-Coach Mentality: Willing and able to roll up your sleeves; Leading by example to support your team in the field while also managing team performance, coaching for growth, and setting strategic direction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to drive alignment and deliver against revenue goals.
- Engaging Presence: Brings contagious energy and the ability to quickly establish strong connections with others.
- Start-Up Mentality: Thrives in the fast-paced environment of smaller, high-growth companies where adaptability to change and taking risks are key.
