Responsibilities:
The Director, People Technology, Data, and Analytics will lead the organizations efforts to transform HR technology at AmeriHealth Caritas. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of the organization's HR technology systems, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and alignment with HR and business goals. This role is responsible for leading the HRIS team, managing system configurations, and collaborating with IT, vendors, and HR leadership to enhance system functionality and user experience. The role serves as the primary point of contact for HRIS strategy, project execution, and team performance.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the HRIS team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Technology Transformation: Lead and manage HR tech transformation at AmeriHealth caritas. This includes leading change management initiatives for system implementations and updates, feature rollouts, and process improvements, ensuring user adoption through training and communication.
- Strategic HRIS Planning: Develop and execute the HRIS strategy, ensuring alignment with HR goals and organizational needs. Partners with HR leaders and key business stakeholders to solution for business needs.
- System Oversight: Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our current HR systems, including PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Taleo, and Cornerstone.
- Data Integrity and Analytics: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, build advanced analytic capabilities, and deliver actionable insights to HR leadership and the business.
- Vendor and IT Collaboration: Manage vendor relationships, including SLAs, and coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues and implement system updates.
- Compliance and Governance: Establish and enforce HRIS governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and data security protocols.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives for system implementations and updates, feature rollouts, and process improvements, ensuring user adoption through training and communication.
- Project Management: Oversee HRIS projects, including system implementations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of HRIS experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Experience leading a large scale HCM implementation is required.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and project management tools.
- Preferred certifications include HRIP, PMP, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.

- Maintain 99% accuracy across all HR Systems.
- Deliver HRIS projects on time and within budget.
- Achieve a 95% satisfaction rate in system usability and end-user support surveys.
- Reduce system downtime or errors by coordinating proactive maintenance and updates with IT and vendors.
