Role Overview
We're looking for a senior leader to own and scale our global business development and strategic partnerships function. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing partnerships that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen product differentiation, and enhance our market position. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and relationship-driven execution. This role will be based in San Francisco, CA.

Role Overview
We're looking for a senior leader to own and scale our global business development and strategic partnerships function. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing partnerships that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen product differentiation, and enhance our market position. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and relationship-driven execution. This role will be based in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
- Lead Aarki's global partnerships strategy-SSPs, publishers, MMPs, SDK providers, and other key ecosystem players
- Build a repeatable BD framework to evaluate, prioritize, and close partnerships that drive measurable impact
- Work closely with the product and data teams to identify technical integrations that unlock growth or improve performance
- Partner with the CRO and sales leaders to turn partnerships into pipeline and revenue opportunities
- Own partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing success-establish goals, track performance, and optimize over time
- Represent Aarki at key industry events and forums; be a credible spokesperson for our product, values, and market view
- Stay ahead of competitive trends and use insights to inform roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Act as a spokesperson for Aarki at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase our partnership capabilities.
- Develop thought leadership content and participate in panels to enhance Aarki's reputation as an industry leader in AdTech.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5-8 years in partnership management, business development, or related roles within ad tech or mobile performance marketing with a focus on DSPs, SSPs, and/or publisher development
- Proven track record of structuring and scaling high-value partnerships
- Technical acumen-you can confidently speak with product and engineering teams, and understand what's under the hood
- Commercial mindset-you understand what drives revenue and how to influence it
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to build trust at the C-level both internally and externally
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales, and marketing
- Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and attribution frameworks (e.g., SKAN, GAID/IDFA, MMPs)
- Financial acumen to manage budgets related to partnership initiatives and analysis to assess ROI
- Experience working closely with product development teams and proven leadership skills in managing, mentoring, and developing the business development team.
