The Global Services Fleet Enablement Lead will develop a deep understanding of J&J's global fleet strategy to guide decisions across Reporting & Insights, Process Improvements, and Employee Experience. They will lead the efforts to scale Fleet process improvements and deliver an enhanced employee experience by optimizing global fleet operations. The ideal candidate will also partner with the GS Fleet Leader to generate insights and support the prioritization of competing business needs. They will provide actionable recommendations for Fleet processes that ensure alignment with J&J's overall Fleet strategy and create an outstanding experience for J&J's Fleet Eligible Employees (FEEs).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$113,000 - $195,500
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the optimization of J&J's global fleet, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
- Oversee global fleet reporting & insights, fleet management processes, fleet technology & tools, and the end-to-end FEE experience
- Support global fleet processes to improve operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the overall fleet strategy
- Promote continuous improvement in fleet operations by identifying enhancement opportunities, recommending new/improved processes, and pioneering the implementation of innovative solutions
- Support Fleet Governance, Fleet Policy reviews and updates, and change control.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on fleet data from all regions to support GS Leadership with decision-making and strategic planning
- Stay current with industry-standard processes and emerging technologies to deliver best-in-class insights and recommendations

Required:
- 7+ years of experience in Fleet Management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategy development, implementation, and continuous improvement in a large, multinational organization
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data to executives
- Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously with demanding deadlines, changing requirements, and limited resources
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in fleet management, data analytics, and data visualization software/tools
- Experience leading successful process improvement initiatives in a large, multinational organization with a global footprint
- Project management and change management experience in Medical Device Technology and/or Pharmaceutical sector(s)
- Certification in Fleet Management, Scrum Master Certifications, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or related field
