Marketing Technology Systems Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Seismic, Adobe Workfront, and AEM Assets. Handle onboarding/offboarding and group assignments.
• Metadata & Tagging: Oversee taxonomy in Seismic and AEM Assets, manage bulk tag updates, and analyze tag usage for improvement opportunities.
• Workflow & Process Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to refine Adobe Workfront workflows for better efficiency.
• Content Management: Upload, organize, and publish documents within Seismic, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Customization & Configuration: Create and modify fields, variables, templates, and reports in Seismic and Workfront to support evolving business needs.
• Governance & Compliance: Conduct user audits, manage group access, and uphold data security best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of platform configurations and procedures.
• Platform Improvements: Stay current on feature releases, identify enhancements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Data & Insights: Support dashboard development by gathering requirements, analyzing data use, and recommending enhancements to reporting.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of marketing content workflows

Preferred:

• Experience with Seismic, Adobe Workfront, or AEM Assets
• Familiarity with taxonomy and semantic data structures
• Agile or Scrum experience

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 with full benefits offered.
