ADP is hiring a Senior Director, Finance - Corporate FP&A
This Senior Director of Finance will provide critical support to ADP by leading the team that consolidates and analyzes total company financials, and by working closely with the SVP FP&A and CFO of ADP to achieve the Company's short and long-term financial goals.

The Senior Director of Corporate FP&A will orchestrate and lead the process by which executives at ADP gain continuous insight into key financial trends across the Company, including ADP's Business Units, Sales and Marketing organization, Global Product & Technology organization, Treasury and Tax functions, and other key functions and drivers of its P&L. The Senior Director will work closely with finance partners across the organization and will be supported by a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Consolidations - Planning and Orchestration: Partners with finance and accounting teams across the company to successfully complete the monthly financial close process, and to analyze and reforecast revenue and expense results on a regular basis. Ensures finance teams understand and adhere to the prescribed calendar of FP&A deliverables to meet the deadlines and expectations of ADP executives as well as other expectations of consistency and rigor including Sarbanes Oxley.
- Business Analysis and Communication: Understands key business drivers and trends across ADPs multiple business units and functions and utilizes this insight to help craft summary presentations and other updates to ADP's CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and senior management. Supplements these explanations of actual results with analyses and sensitivities on macroeconomic and business results that help management achieve short- and long-term financial goals, including Earnings Per Share (EPS) growth.
- Strategic Plan: Coordinates with finance teams across ADP to model out the Company's multi-year financial outlook on a momentum basis and by layering in potential multi-year strategic initiatives that drive incremental growth or margin improvement. Works closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Corporate Strategy team in evaluating the total list of investment asks against ADP's broader financial targets.
- Operating Plan: Facilitates the annual operating plan process that aligns to the strategic plan and takes into account the wide range of moving pieces related to ADP's financials including Sales momentum, operational targets, foreign exchange movements, and macroeconomic forecasts; provides recommendations to ADP leadership in prioritizing across short-term investment needs across the business units and functions in order to deliver against financial goals and performs forecasting to provide visibility into business results to enable business decisions. Provides consultative input or business analyses to support operating planning and forecasting.
- Talent Development and Management: Leads an effective team by setting direction, goals and expectations about performance, holds associates accountable for development and provides appropriate feedback. Coaches and develops team and encourages innovative thinking to identify opportunities to improve Consolidation process or communication. Delegates responsibilities to associates, both to deliver on commitments and to continuously build team members' capabilities.
- Represents ADP Finance Across other Activities: Represents ADP corporate finance in a variety of contexts including M&A transactions, ADP Foundation, Audit matters, and more. Brings perspective on ADP overall financial situation as well as financial processes in serving as a partner in these various contexts.

Qualifications Required:
- BS - Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- 12+ Years of FP&A or other Corporate Finance Experience
- 5+ Years of People Leadership (direct or indirect)
- Experience with Hyperion or other financial planning systems
Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- MBA or Executive MBA preferred
- Business Analysis and Acumen: Experience working with sales organization (generating new business) or client relationship (maintaining existing business). Models a rigorous discipline to solve complex challenges that cross over multiple domains; is decisive and can make difficult choices; applies analytical skills to broad business challenges.
- Influential Business Partner: Is seen by business partners as a trusted advisor and is sought out for both Finance and Business expertise; communicates the story behind the numbers and makes a compelling case to a variety of audiences; manages conflict and negotiates effectively.
- Systems: Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion skills. Learns new technology quickly and is adept at using data to create existing reports.
- General: Extreme attention to detail.
