Job Description

MUST HAVE SFDC AND COMMISION TOOL EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a Sales and Revenue Enablement Analyst to join the Kofile sales operations team. This pivotal role will focus on managing sales quotas, pipeline, forecasting, sales support, sales commissions, and business analytics, and will work closely with the sales team.

As a vital member of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, the Sales and Revenue Enablement Analyst will analyze revenue data, streamline sales processes, and ensure accurate commission calculations. You will provide data-driven insights to support both sales and marketing teams, boost operational efficiency, and manage key revenue performance metrics to help Kofile achieve its financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Sales Commissions & Compensation Management:
  • Accurately calculate and process sales commissions using the Salesforce SPIFF system (training available).
  • Ensure commission structures align with company revenue targets and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to optimize commission plans and resolve discrepancies.
  • Automate commission tracking and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

  • Process Optimization & Automation:
  • Identify inefficiencies in revenue operations and recommend process improvements.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.
  • Automate reporting, forecasting, and commission calculations when possible.

  • Revenue Forecasting & Strategy Support:
  • Assist in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and improve sales performance.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies, sales quotas, and incentive plans.

  • Territory Management & Optimization:
  • Analyze and optimize sales territory assignments for maximum coverage and revenue potential.
  • Use data-driven approaches to balance workloads and improve sales team performance.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design effective, high-performing sales territories.
  • Continuously recommend territory adjustments based on market trends and sales performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
  • Provide insights to ensure alignment across departments toward revenue and compliance objectives.
  • Support change management initiatives related to revenue operations.


  • This role is essential in driving efficiencies, optimizing sales processes, and supporting Kofile's revenue growth and success.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experience with SFDC systems is a must
    • Ability to work independently and remotely

    Salary Range:

    $85,000 - $110,000 per year (varies by location and experience).
