MAG Regional Used Car Director at Harborview

Morgan Auto Group is looking to add a qualified Regional Used Car Director to the team. We are looking for a high-octane individual that wants to join a winning team and make the money that comes with it. You must be able to produce and continue to help our team grow.

We are a high volume used car store selling 200+ used cars per month. You can expect to touch 100+ deals per month and manage a 200+ and growing used Car Inventory. Responsibilities

• Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.'s to maximize deal potential
• Excellent Phone Skills
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
• Work with wholesales to purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction, off-lease returns & inter-company
• Complete trade appraisals
• Knowledge on getting a vehicle from appraisal through our recon process and to the frontline.
• Desking and Finance knowledge a must.

  Qualifications
  
  
  • Prior sales leadership - 5yrs of dealership experience required
  • Prior used car manager experience a must
  • Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM tool, ADP, Reynolds)
  • Must understand inventory control - Company turn policy
