We are currently looking for a Client Advisor, Strategic Accounts to join our team. This role has a preference for candidates located in the Greater Atlanta area, but may consider fully remote candidates who meet the qualifications.

For positions filled in the United States, the typical salary range for this type of position is between $82,000-$115,000. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor, Strategic Accounts to join our team. This role has a preference for candidates located in the Greater Atlanta area, but may consider fully remote candidates who meet the qualifications.
Essential Functions:
- Client Engagement & Strategy
- Develop and deliver tailored service plans that align to business goals and drive client success, satisfaction, and long-term value realization.
- Critically review and monitor client realization of product value using various data-driven approaches, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding recommended workflows and industry best practices related to appointment scheduling, patient engagement and patient access.
- Project Management & Optimization
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients by providing insights on configuration optimization and best practices, helping to drive decision-making at both national and local levels.
- Lead configuration optimization projects involving multiple client stakeholders and internal teams (Product, Implementation, Support and Interoperability) to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Product & Data Analytics
- Learn how the product is optimally used across Relatient's broader client base.
- Develop compelling data visualizations that transform complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Conduct Power BI training sessions and demonstrations to empower clients with data visualization capabilities.
- Conduct periodic audits and analyses of ongoing support issues to uphold service-level commitments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison to coordinate product release deployments across client environments-ensuring change control approvals, clear communication, and minimal disruption.
- Facilitate the enhancement request process: gather requirements, align with stakeholders, and advocate on behalf of clients with internal Product and Interop teams.
- Growth & Thought Leadership
- Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinate handoff to the client account management team.
- Recognize opportunities for white papers or case studies.
- Continually build expertise in the application's configuration and usage.
- Contract Management and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on account activities, adhering to Relatient activity guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and manage contractual obligations.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple client and senior executive relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for client strategy.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record in a goal-oriented, self-directed environment.
- Strong presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Experience in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks, as well as managing renewal and upsell pipelines.
Travel:
- This position may require anywhere from 10%-25% travel based on the needs of the client and business.
