Pay range:
$71,906.00 - $107,869.00
Responsible to further develop and execute quality monitoring of the Medical and APP Staff (Providers), pursuant to the standards required by The Joint Commission, Department of Health, and Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services. Under the direction of Medical Staff Services leadership, the Analyst will have a role in quality reviews, maintenance and development of required documents, and will provide support to the leaders of the Medical Staff in the execution of their duties. They will further help operationalize the compliance and regulatory requirements specific to Providers, and provide training as appropriate.

For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- One year of experience required in quality improvement, process development, or medical staff services, with two years preferred. Healthcare experience also preferred.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, whether in person, over email or by telephone. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to prioritize workloads. Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of tasks while dealing with unexpected time frames. Requires professional demeanor, critical thinking skills, ability to discern and maintain confidentiality, along with a positive attitude and ability to work well with a team. Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficient software skills to include Word, Outlook, Power point, Excel and ability to learn additional software as needed.
